MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS

- The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:38am. Mishka Kimball stepped out of the meeting from 12:54pm to 12:02pm. Meeting was adjourned at 1:42pm. The October meeting minutes and notes were approved.
- Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

- A motion was made to approve the Speaker No-Show Cancellation policy as written. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
- Adjournment
- a. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 1:42pm.
