MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:39 AM. Meeting was adjourned at 1:08 PM. Break was taken from 12:41 PM to 12:46 PM. Pablo Rodriguez left the meeting at 12:47 PM.

The February and March meeting notes and minutes were approved. 

1. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

2. Motions
   1. A motion was made to approve sending four people to the CAMFT conference this year. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   2. A motion was made to change the language in our policy to offer up to 3 member speaker meetings per year. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   3. A motion was made to add a $10 Emeritus membership to our membership fees.  The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.

   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 1:08 PM.
