The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:40 AM. Rena Pollak left the meeting at 12:37 pm. The meeting adjourned at 1:33 PM.

The March meeting notes and minutes were approved. The April agenda was approved. All reports were approved as read and stated.

   1. A motion was made to pay Gina for the services rendered associated with admin-related services. The motion was passed unanimously.
   2. A motion was passed to reincorporate the Santa Clarita CAMFT Chapter Zip codes back into the San Fernando Valley CAMFT Chapter. The motion was unanimously approved.
