The chairperson called the meeting to order at 12:40 PM. Meeting was adjourned at 1:54 PM. Shawn LaRe joined at 1:39 PM.

The November meeting notes and minutes were approved. The December meeting notes were
approved. The January meeting agenda was approved.

   1. A motion was made to hold the L&E event in June on the topic of advertising in
      private practice. The motion was approved unanimously.
