MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The following Directors, constituting at least a quorum of the Board, were present at the meeting:

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:38 AM. Meeting was adjourned at 1:19 PM.
Shawn LaRe joined at 11:59 PM.

The January meeting notes and minutes were approved. A motion was made to approve the meeting agenda. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.

   1. A motion was made to approve the meeting agenda.  The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   2. A motion was made to approve offering business card and full-page ads in the newsletter. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   3. A motion was made to approve fees for business card ads of $10 for members and $20 for non-members and full-page ads of $60 for members and $120 for non-members. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   4. A motion was made to set fees for the Law and Ethics workshop at $60 for non-members clinical, $40 for non-member associates, $25 for non-member students and free for chapter members. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
3. Adjournment
   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 1:19 pm.
