The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:51 AM. Daniel Hermosillo left the meeting at 12:53 PM and returned at 12:59 PM. Niousha Solemani left the meeting at 1:27 PM. Sandy Rose left the meeting at 2:11 PM. The meeting adjourned at 2:22 PM.

The February meeting notes and minutes were approved with minor edits. The March agenda was approved. All reports were approved as read and stated.
