MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:44 am. Mishka Kimball left the meeting from 1:25 pm to 1:30 pm. The meeting was adjourned at 1:32 pm.

2. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

   1. A motion was made to approve $3000 budget, and prices as free for volunteers, $25 for members, and $50 for non-members. The motion was seconded & unanimously approved by the board.

   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned.  The meeting adjourned at 1:32 pm.
