The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:42 AM. Daniel Hermosillo left the meeting at 1:02 PM and returned to the meeting at 1:05 PM. The meeting adjourned at 2:27 PM.

The July meeting notes and minutes were approved. The September agenda was approved.    

1. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:
   
   

2. Motions:
   1. A motion was made to approve the expense of purchasing pronoun stickers to offer to members at meetings. The motion was approved unanimously.
   2. A motion to increase meeting fees for members and nonmembers with an increase $5 for 2024. The motion was unanimously approved.
   3. A motion was made to approve the outreach committee’s dinner and a play invitation to our chapter members on October 28th. The motion was approved unanimously.
   4. A motion was made to approve the outreach committee’s podcast. The motion was approved unanimously.
