MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:32 AM. Meeting was adjourned at 1:32 PM. Mishka Clavijo Kimball left the meeting at 12:26 PM.

The June meeting notes and minutes were approved. A motion was made to approve the agenda for the July board meeting. Motion was approved by Board.

   1. A motion was made to approve the agenda for the July board meeting. Motion was approved by Board.
   2. A motion was made to offer another year of scholarships for up to 50 students. The motion was approved.
