MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:39 AM. Meeting was adjourned at 2:07 PM.
Break was taken from 12:32 PM to 12:38 PM.

The April meeting notes and minutes were approved with corrections given at the board meeting. Agenda for today approved. 

1. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

   1. A motion was made to approve a budget for the Member Network event of up to $500. The motion was seconded and approved by the board.
   2. A motion was made to raise the speaker fee to $500. The motion was seconded. Eight approved, two abstained. The motion was approved.
3. Adjournment
   1. There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 2:07 PM.
