MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The following Directors, constituting at least a quorum of the Board, were present at the meeting:

1. The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:33am. Natalie Jambazian left the meeting at 1:48pm. Meeting was adjourned at 1:49pm. The March meeting minutes and notes were approved. The March closed meeting minutes and notes were approved with one typo corrected.


2. Various matters of chapter business were discussed, and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

   • A motion was made to increase the CEU's offered at membership meetings from 1 CEU to 1.5 CEU's beginning in 2019.  The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board

   • There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 1:59 pm.
