MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN FERNANDO VALLEY CHAPTER-CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPISTS A Mutual Benefit Corporation.

The following Directors, constituting at least a quorum of the Board, were present at the meeting:

1. The chairperson called the meeting to order at 11:37am. Rachelle Bodle left the meeting at 1:41pm. Meeting was adjourned at 1:52pm. The May meeting minutes and notes were approved.


2. Various matters of chapter business were discussed and input was received from members of the Board. Committee updates included:

3. Motions
   1. A motion was made to approve the decision to shred all CEU documents, and to purchase a hard drive and 2 USB flash drives for back up of the electronic copies of the CEU documents. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.
   2. A motion was made to approve up to $200 for the cost to purchase the hard drive, USB flash drive, and shredding of the CEU documents. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved by the board.

   • There being no further business, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting was adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 1:52pm.
