The Hospitality Committee is responsible for assisting with the set up of monthly meetings. The committee serves as a liaison with the contact at the country club regarding meeting attendance and room set up.

The most important and best function is to greet members and guests as they arrive at the meeting. This is fun and essential as it helps to offer a warm and welcoming feel and to assist people with getting oriented to the room and the meeting as they arrive. In addition, the committee coordinates the collection of business cards for the raffle drawing at the end of the meeting.

This committee, chaired by our Vice President of Programs, is comprised of the VP of Programs and one to two members chosen by the Diversity Committee, and one to two other chapter members (including Board Members), who are not submitting applications to be a presenter at Membership Meetings. At the committee’s discretion, and to best fit member needs, up to two chapter members may be selected each calendar year to serve as the main speaker at a regular, monthly chapter meeting. Interested chapter members must adhere to the application process and will be selected by the committee.
