eBlast Advertising

eBlast advertising is one of the most effective ways to get your information out to our large mailing list — a standalone email publication with other text-based ads sent to over 2800 subscribers. Connect with other professional and increase your exposure!

We've worked to simplify the process of paying for and placing eBlast ads. The first step is to read through the submission policies and guidelines below. Once you have done that, move on to the submission instructions.

The member cost is $20 and the non-member cost is $40 per issue (month). For those members who wish to run their eBlast ad for 12 consecutive months, there is an additional 25% discount off the normal price of $240, bringing the cost of an annual eBlast down to $180. Non-members, also receive a 25% discount for 12 consecutive months, with the regular cost of $480 reduced to $360.

Policies and Guidelines:

  • No email submission of text or payment will be accepted. eBlasts must be paid online with either a credit or debit card. Cash or checks are not accepted.
  • eBlasts also appear in the newsletter.
  • Ads are published in one email, which is sent on or about the 1st of each month.
  • Ads will be listed in each category in the order received (however, ads subscribed for 12 months will appear at the top of the appropriate category).
  • Ads are not proofread. Please check your ad before submitting.
  • Formatting will be done by our advertising committee. We reserve the right to edit those ads we find in need of a professional touch, but will do so only at the editor's discretion.
  • Ads are limited to a maximum of 150 characters per bullet point. Ad titles are allowed a maximum of 70 characters, with the presenter field allowing 100 characters (the title and presenter fields are exactly what the labels suggest). Call to Action section is limited to a maximum of 150 characters.
  • If you need to include a link and are short on space, please email sfvcamftadv@gmail.com to let us know which word(s) in one of your bullet points you'd like to hyperlink. Links are not permitted in the title and presenter fields.
  • No exceptions to the guidelines or submission schedule will be allowed. Please do not contact the editorial staff with requests for exceptions.

Note(s): Under no circumstances may an SFV-CAMFT member submit an eBlast on behalf of a non-member, be they an individual, employer or an independent company. Such ads will be returned to the submitter for resubmission as a non-member. Publication of resubmitted ads will be dependent on time remaining before publication date and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds can take as much as 30 days.

SFV-CAMFT provides advertising opportunities to third-party companies as a way to support our mission and programs. The eBlast advertising publication does not imply endorsement or recommendation of any products, services, or viewpoints advertised. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or claims made by advertisers. All interactions, transactions, or agreements entered into with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. SFV-CAMFT assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damages that may arise from such dealings.


Submission Deadline:

The deadline for submission of ads is the 25th of the month (23rd in February) for the following month's eBlast. (All submissions received after the submission deadline will be published in the following month’s publication.) San Fernando Valley CAMFT reserves the right to edit or refuse any material.

Note: For those submitting in one transaction a single eBlast ad to run in 2 or more consecutive issues, they will still need to abide by the guidelines and submit any edits/updates to their ad by the 25th (or 23rd in February) of each month. If we do not receive an edit/update, the previous month's ad will be used or postponed, at our editor's discretion.


Submission Instructions:

  • Click the Pay Now button below. 
  • Select the appropriate eBlast product and the number of months you wish to advertise.
  • Once you have confirmed the number of months and the total amount due, complete your eBlast purchase using a credit/debit card. Be sure to add your email address so that a receipt can be emailed to you.
  • Click on the Submit Payment button.
  • Once payment has been made you will automatically be redirected to our eBlast form, ready for fill-in.
  • Confirmation of your submission and a receipt will be emailed to you.
