Branding and Niche Marketing for Therapists: Growing Your Practice by Being Who You Are
All therapists say they work with depression and anxiety, but what sets you apart? With thousands of therapists out there, why would someone come to see YOU? That is not a snarky question! Clients need to know who you are and what you uniquely have to offer for their needs, in order to be drawn to receive your assistance.
This presentation will focus on ways therapists can capitalize on their own interests and life experiences, as well as provide for an unfilled need, and how to present themselves to reach their ideal clients. We will also discuss how our values and beliefs about money affect our ability to conduct a successful private practice.
Learning Objectives
In successfully completing and attending this presentation, participants will be able to:
*Identify unique qualifications of individual therapists that set them apart.*
*Examine the presentation of self through business cards, websites, and other materials.*
*Explore attitudes about money and marketing as they relate to private practice management.*
Course meets the qualifications for 1 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
