Description
We all know that problems cause stress. Sometimes we can remove ourselves from external stress. However, internal stress from unconscious false beliefs and hidden fears is ongoing. It sabotages our well-being, blocks us from achieving our goals, and keeps us captive to past critical thoughts and negative behaviors. Judith invites you to join her in learning a process she calls "The Inner Journey." You are welcome to bring your anger, frustration, fear of success or failure, addictions, or any emotional issue and learn a process that can help you uncover their hidden treasures and release their hold on your life. Additionally, the process you experience will be beneficial to use with clients in order to assist them in identifying hidden stressors, managing their stress and difficult emotions, and increasing body-mind connection.

Learning Objectives
In successfully completing and attending this presentation, participants will be able to:
  1. Describe the 4 steps of the Inner Journey in order to help clients manage difficult emotions.
  2. Identify three hidden stressors that grant knowledge to body connection for the purpose of resolving the stress.
  3. Define compassionate listening and compare it to conflict resolution in order to help clients implement the Inner Journey.
