""Strategies to Thrive to & Through Licensure""
Kristin Roscoe, Esq Zeahlot Lopez,
LMFT, LPCC
Our Annual Pre-licensed Event is set to give you all the information needed for your pre-licensed journey! While our Pre-licensed "3000 Club" Special Interest Group (SIG) gatherings are casual get together's to support each other individually, our annual event gives you specific tools and stories and services to guide you into licensure and your dream practice.
This year, the event will be virtual (yes, we will miss the headshots too!), but come ready to listen to:
- Kristin Roscoe, Esq (CAMFT attorney) - The Road to Licensure: The road to licensure is paved with good intentions and ever-evolving regulations. This presentation will provide pre-licensees and supervisors with an overview of the licensure process, including the latest rules of the road set forth in AB 93 and AB 2138. Topics will include Supervised Experience Requirements for MFT Applicants, Supervisor Qualifications, Licensing Examinations, Employment of Pre-Licensees (Common Issues), and Pre-Licensee Advertising Regulations. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the licensure process for marriage and family therapists, the roles and responsibilities of Pre-licensees and supervisors, and how to navigate common challenges these parties often encounter.
- Zeahlot Lopez, LMFT, LPCC - How to Market Yourself and Your Practice: Zeahlot has a unique vision when working with mental health and wellness professionals wanting to create abundance! As an alumnus of California State University, Northridge, Mount Saint Mary's University, and graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business Multicultural Women Executive Leadership Program, she provides a plethora of knowledge and experience in the industry.
Licensed members can register for this event too and share information with their associates!
There will also be an opportunity drawing.
You won't want to miss this!
