In the case where an individual registers for an event online but does not complete payment online:

1. The event registration will automatically be cancelled after the registration deadline has passed.
2. The outstanding invoice will be cancelled and cleared.
3. Should the individual decide to attend the event, they will be charged the walk-in registration rate at the door.
